Thanks for requesting a ride from DTW Pickup. Once you submit your form, we will review your details and will contact you if there are any conflicts within the next 24 hours. Consider your reservation CONFIRMED unless we contact you with a conflict.
If we are picking you up at home or a location and driving you to the airport, we should arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will text you when we are on our way.
If we are picking you up at the airport, we will meet you near Door #4 of at the curb outside the baggage claim area. If you are arriving in the McNamara Terminal from an international flight, we will meet you at the curb outside the customs area on the international level.
Please text me at 586-292-4042 when you land AND when you enter the terminal so I can time my arrival.
Although we will be watching your flight on a flight tracking app, please text us with any timing updates or delays.
You don't have to pay now but avoid paying outside the vehicle at the airport.
